Formed in 1989, Houston Lawrence is a firm of chartered surveyors specialising in South West London area. Operating from our Wandsworth and our new Wimbledon office, we offer both commercial property for sale and to let. Since its inception, Houston Lawrence has been instructed to sell/let a large number of office, retail and industrial schemes on behalf of UK funds and private property companies. Our portfolio of properties includes; offices, shops, bars, restaurants, leisure units and industrial units—mostly based in vibrant commercial locations including; Balham, Battersea, Clapham, Colliers Wood, Kennington, Raynes Park, Tooting, Vauxhall, Wandsworth and Wimbledon. We also currently have a large project under way in Croydon.
