Brickflow and LandTech Integration Helps Developer Secure Urgent £2.39m Land Bridge Refinance

Brickflow reported in October 2026 that a developer, working with a broker, had refinanced a site on the Isle of Wight under time pressure using the finance search tool within LandTech's LandInsight platform, which Brickflow powers. Lender Fiduciam provided a £2.39m land bridge, completed in three weeks.

The deal followed a partnership announced in April that builds Brickflow's marketplace into LandInsight, letting users compare live terms from more than 150 specialist lenders without leaving the platform.

The borrower had used LandInsight to test feasibility and had taken a 72-home scheme through planning. When the original delivery route was delayed, only a month remained on an already-extended bridging loan, and the existing lender could not extend further. The island location excluded a number of lenders, narrowing the field. Brickflow's marketplace filtered by location, asset type and timescale, and four of them came back with terms quickly. The borrower chose Fiduciam. Brickflow said the marketplace would also be used to source an estimated £20m of development finance once construction begins.

Brickflow listed the benefits of the integration as whole-of-market access via a Funding tab, up-front criteria matching, indicative terms shown instantly before handover to a broker, parallel rather than sequential quotes, and competing offers that let borrowers weigh cost, leverage and deliverability.

Frazer Campbell, Brickflow's chief revenue officer, said the borrower had assessed the site and secured planning within LandInsight, so the lending market was already at hand when funding became urgent. Preston Tucker, LandFund operations manager at LandTech, said finance is where projects often hit friction, particularly when timing is tight or the asset falls outside standard criteria. The companies said a consented scheme that might have collapsed at refinance now moves towards construction.
