Encore Estate Management says it was founded in 2004 by property owners who had seen at first hand how poor estate management affects leaseholders, and who wanted a partner offering good service and value for money. The company has grown since but says it has kept to its original aims.

It calls its promise Good Values in Estate Management, meaning quality service and value delivered by committed, honest people. Its stated philosophy is to look after a property as if the team lived there. The statement is signed by founding directors Stephen Chard and Neil Robinson.
