Purpose-Built Community Pub in Basingstoke Sells with Sidney Phillips

In May 2021 agent Sidney Phillips sold the leasehold of The Winkle, a community pub in the Winklebury area of Basingstoke, from an asking price of £30,000. The pub is believed to be a 1960s brick building with a flat, felt-covered roof. It offers a bar and restaurant, three-bedroom accommodation and a beer garden, with potential to add a food offer. Basingstoke has a shopping centre, industrial and retail parks and a hospital.
