Dr. Fahim Alshayea is the CEO of Alshayea Real Estate Brokerage & Investment Consultancy, based in Dubai, UAE. He holds a PhD in Civil Law and is an economic and real estate investment consultant, as well as a certified legal and economic expert at the Arab Legal Judicial Centre, affiliated with the League of Arab States. He has authored more than 25 books on law and investment. Alshayea combines real estate market knowledge, economic analysis, and legal expertise to help investors make informed property investment decisions.
