3 Dashboards Every CRE Asset Manager Needs to Know About
Coyote Software describes three dashboards in its Portfolio Insights suite for commercial real estate asset managers, designed to give quick answers, such as a portfolio's vacancy rate or share of tenants in arrears, without trawling emails or phoning property managers. The company says the dashboards can be tailored for each client.
The Tenants Dashboard shows how much income is nearing expiry and where, so managers can look after tenant relationships and prepare for key leasing events. The EPCs Dashboard gives a view of energy performance certificate status across the portfolio, supporting a strategy to get ahead of regulatory change. The Arrears Dashboard highlights the risk from overdue rent, helping managers prepare for conversations with landlords and tenants and reduce arrears.
Every view can be narrowed by asset manager, sector, fund or location, and users can save their preferred view at individual or company level.
