The Big Reveal: Coyote Is Now Part of InvestorFlow

In June 2024 Coyote Software announced that it had been acquired by InvestorFlow, a cloud platform for alternative investment firms. Coyote said the move brings greater resources, expertise and networks to speed up its plans and serve customers better.
InvestorFlow, a private company headquartered in California, with offices in New York and London, describes itself as the only provider combining fundraising, deal management, reporting and investor services in one cloud-native platform. It said 25 of the 50 largest US alternative asset managers use it, representing more than $6 trillion of assets, 750 funds and 90,000 limited partners.
Coyote explained that the deal builds on InvestorFlow's earlier combination with Cloud Theory. Coyote can now extend into fundraising and investor relations, offering more detailed real-time reporting across new private asset types, while keeping the resources to develop commercial real estate software. It thanked customers who helped shape the product and said the two companies' combined offering could change how the private markets industry examines its data.
